Tuna Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground Cumin1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt1 tablespoon crushed red pepper4 large cloves garlic, minced2 4 oz. tuna steaks1 cup minced cucumber1/4 cup minced scallion

| Instructions: |
| Combine Cumin, salt, red pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl and rub over both sides of tuna steaks.
Grill, broil, or pan-fry tuna, turning once, until there’s just a fraction of the red left in the center.
Meanwhile make sauce by combining yogurt with grated cucumber and green onions.
Remove tuna to serving plates and top with Cucumber Sauce.
